Bio
Matt Gifford is a freelance fabricator residing in Lawrence, KS. He earned a B.F.A. in Design from the University of Kansas in 2009.
Since then, his work travels have taken him from Texas to New Jersey, from public art parks to museums to music festivals, and beyond.
Expertise
I specialize in woodworking and welding, but I'm also versatile with acrylics, ceramic tile, and LED lighting.
I lean heavy into the design process, providing more than just a cookie-cutter version of a product. I use 3D modeling tools to solve problems and to provide a vision to keep everyone in sync.
